Where's my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey in real time.
How to track:
- Check your inbox (and spam/promotions folder) for your shipping confirmation email
- Click the tracking link, or enter your tracking number below
- Follow your order from our warehouse to your door
(This is where your Shopify order tracking widget sits — it auto-fills once your order number and email are entered, no extra text needed from you here.)
Order timeline:
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Order placed | We've received your order and started preparing it |
| Processing / personalizing | Your custom item is being made — this can take a little longer than standard items |
| Shipped | Your order is on its way, tracking is now active |
| Delivered | Your order has arrived |
A few notes:
- Personalized items may need extra processing time before they ship — thank you for your patience, it's worth the wait
- Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after your order ships
- Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout
